The Position

Designing a range of digital solutions across different platforms and projects, you’ll work in collaboration with the UX and development teams around you to produce work of the highest level.

Quickly becoming a trusted guide for your clients, you’ll present ideas, projects and rationale to clients, utilising your expert communication skills when providing clear and concise explanations, advice and feedback.

A real team player, you’ll be a welcome presence in the team - you’ll look for opportunities to collaborate with your colleagues, approachable with an open mind and a helping hand and always ready to coach and mentor more junior creatives.

What We’re Looking For

A confident and talented Senior Digital Designer, you’ll have experience in a similar digital agency environment already, and you definitely know your way around Figma, creating component-based design systems and user-centered design solutions.

A solid understanding of UI and design systems and principles is crucial for this one, but there are definitely bonus points for any branding, motion or interaction design within your portfolio. We’d love to see a range of established brands and how you apply guidelines to digital design.

Last but not least, we’re looking for a can-do attitude paired with a responsible and collaborative approach to working! Motivated to go above and beyond, you’ll fit right in with this talented bunch, ready to ensure work that’s not just on brief, but maintains the agency’s already stellar reputation!
