Production Operative – Acrylic & Fabrication (Desirable Experience)
Location: Leeds
AM2PM is excited to be recruiting for Production Operative on behalf of a prestigious client in the Leeds area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Role Objective:
To support the production process by working efficiently and accurately with acrylic materials, assisting in fabrication tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay Rate:
Starting at £12.28 per hour
Increased pay rates with progression and experience
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the production and assembly of acrylic products.
Perform fabrication duties – previous experience in fabrication is desirable but not essential.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Support with general manufacturing duties and adhere to company production targets.
Keep workstations clean and organised, contributing to a safe work environment.
Undertake any training necessary for operational and personal development.
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
Requirements:
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
