Business Development Manager - #1718460

WCS Group is in search of a skilled Business Development Manager who is driven to grow our client base and enhance our service deliverables. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships in line with our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills to meet individual and team sales targets.

As a Business Development Manager, you will leverage your expertise to manage client contracts, drive sales initiatives, and collaborate across teams to ensure the highest level of service is delivered.

The successful candidate will reside in the North East.

• Extensive experience in business development or sales within the water treatment or related industries.


• Strong knowledge of L8 regulations and practical applications for water hygiene.


• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients.


• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems for tracking sales activities and managing client interactions.


• A self-motivated and proactive approach with strong organizational skills.


• Holds a full UK driving license and is willing to travel as required - essential


• Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members is preferred.


• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

• Basic salary up to £50,000 per annum DOE
