Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin.

Role Overview/Summary:
The Territory Manager will support the development of the Ormco Fixed Orthodontic Catalogue & Spark Clear Aligner business activities in North England (M62 corridor). Responsibilities include exploring sales growth opportunities, cultivating relationships, developing leads through distribution channels, and training peers and customers.
Main tasks include:
- Visiting assigned customers regularly to promote products and gather feedback.
- Building long-lasting relationships and driving revenue growth with tender regions, DMUs, and orthodontic specialists.
- Meeting sales quotas monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Qualifying potential customers as sales prospects.
- Supporting sales policies and providing effective treatment to customers.
- Relating new product ideas to marketing management.
- Adhering to corporate policies on customer relations and entertainment.
- Reporting customer complaints and competitive information.
- Preparing weekly call and expense reports, and periodic general reports.
Requirements:
- Education: BA/BSc degree or qualified Dentist/Orthodontist/Orthodontic Therapist preferred.
- Experience: Over 3 years’ sales experience in MedTech or over 5 years in dental practice with aligner products.
- Skills: Relationship building, growth mindset, target-oriented, coachable, proficient in Excel, experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
- Travel: 50-70% in the field, with 0-20% overnight stays.
