We have a wonderful full-time teaching opportunity available at one of our inclusive Secondary Academies based in the LS16 area of Leeds.
You will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 3/4 Geography, ensuring suitable student progression, understanding, and engagement in the topic to meet the needs of the department. You should have a strong knowledge of the expectations for Geography across the National Curriculum and be able to adapt teaching strategies to ensure active participation from all students.
The Secondary School caters to pupils aged 11-18 years and offers a diverse and challenging educational experience that fosters a love of learning and promotes positive progression for all learners. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs.
You can expect to earn up to £230 per day for this role, depending on experience.
We are seeking a Teacher with:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for their subject
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or willingness to obtain one through us
- Right to Work in the UK; please note we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship
