Are you a seasoned pensions lawyer looking for a fresh challenge away from fee-earning? This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly ranked national pensions team as a Professional Support Lawyer, working from the firm's Leeds office.

This team is serious about progression - aiming to move from Band 2 to Band 1 in Chambers - and they're looking for someone with the technical strength and collaborative mindset to support that ambition. You'll take a lead on legal updates, training, precedents, external content and more, with the support of a highly engaged and collegiate team.

You'll play a key role in shaping knowledge strategy, delivering technical training, developing precedents, and creating thought-leadership content to support business growth. It's a role with real autonomy and visibility - ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring, collaborating and staying ahead of legal change.

What they're looking for:

4+ years' PQE in pensions law (as fee-earner or PSL)

Strong technical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communicator and team player

Someone ready to make the role their own
