We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dispatcher to join our team based in Leeds.
We are looking for enthusiastic, care-focused individuals who are organized and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Contract: Permanent / FT - 4 days one week, 3 days the following week, including alternate weekends, 07:00-19:00

Main Duties:
- Check and plan daily and future bookings within the Cleric controlling system, ensuring proper resourcing and informing subcontractors, taxi services, and volunteers as applicable.
- Dispatch and manage operational crews to ensure timely and efficient patient collection and delivery, meeting contractual targets.
- Receive patient transport requests and queries professionally and accurately, ensuring compliance with service procedures and standing orders.
- Perform clerical duties such as checking booking lists, data entry, and completing forms/invoices.
- Maintain and improve the quality of service to patients and customers.
- Handle telephone inquiries promptly and professionally, liaising with GPs, nursing homes, hospital clinics, and wards.
- Ensure smooth patient flow across control areas through effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.
Successful candidates will have:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills from customer service experience.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Good organizational skills.
