This role focuses on managing a Secondary School desk, building strong relationships with schools and candidates alike. There’s huge potential in this market, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership, drive growth, and truly make their mark.

About the Role

As a Principal Consultant, you’ll be on a clearly mapped path to progress—whether that’s moving toward a Managing Consultant role or becoming a top biller in your team.

This is a 360 role, where you’ll manage the full recruitment process including:

1. Client relationship management


2. Candidate sourcing and interviews


3. Business development and market growth


4. End-to-end recruitment cycle

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the Secondary division and supporting its growth across the region.
