The Bootlegger Bars are known for their lively atmosphere and celebration of the repeal of prohibition, continuing to thrive in multiple cities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at The Bootlegger Bars, located in Leeds. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing and implementing business strategies, maintaining financial performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The General Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, vendor relationships, and marketing efforts to drive traffic and sales.

• Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills


• Experience in business strategy development and financial performance management


• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance


• Skills in inventory management and vendor relationships


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Marketing skills to drive traffic and sales


• Ability to work on-site in Leeds
