Quantity Surveyor - #1722143

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of complex and rewarding infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.

Responsibilities

•       Manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects

•        Perform risk, value management, and cost control

•        Monitor project progress and prepare reports on project performance

•        Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants

•        Ensure compliance with all legal and quality standards legal and quality standards

Qualifications

•       Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field

•        Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects would be beneficial

•        Strong knowledge of construction methods and regulations

•        Proficient in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, Sage)

•        Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team
