Ward Manager – Mental Health Leeds Up to £45,000

An exciting opportunity with one of the UK’s growing mental health providers at their GOOD rated hospital in Leeds!

Ward Manager requirements:

• Experienced in rota management and staffing.
• Passionate about promoting the highest standards of care.
• Committed to providing individualised care for patients in terms of both mental and physical health.
• Support junior staff in terms of supervision, continuous professional development and career development.
• Experienced in recruitment and retention.

Ward Manager Knowledge, skills, qualifications, and abilities:

• Excellent leadership and management skills & NMC PIN
• Clinical experience within multi-disciplinary team
• Good communicator within all situations.
• Experienced in leading a team.
• Able to focus on staffing and develop staff to meet the needs of the ward.
• Experienced of supporting students.
• Knowledge of mental health legislation and statutory requirements.
• Experience for investigations, complaints and report writing.
