Are you a data-driven thinker who loves turning numbers into insights? We're hiring a Data Analyst to join a growing team based in Leeds City Centre, offering a hybrid setup with 3 days a week onsite.

In this role, you'll be working closely with business stakeholders to clean, analyse, and interpret data, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights that support smart decision-making.

• Cleaning, structuring, and validating large datasets

• Using SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Python to analyse trends and performance

• Creating dashboards and visual reports to communicate findings clearly

• Collaborating with teams across the business to support data-driven strategies

• Proven experience in a data analyst role

• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and ideally Python

• A problem-solver who can translate data into clear business recommendations

• Excellent communication and attention to detail
