Are you a newly qualified lawyer looking to make a difference? Our Charities team, renowned across the UK, is seeking a passionate individual to join us in either our Newcastle or Leeds office.

We pride ourselves on being down-to-earth, straightforward, and we foster a real team approach. Our clients range from local to international, including service providers, grant makers, religious orders, professional societies, universities, independent schools, academies, social enterprises, and more.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met with clarity and confidence.

Who We're Looking For


We are seeking someone who has a genuine passion for the Charities sector and who wants a fulfilling and rewarding career. While experience in this field is advantageous, it is not essential; what truly matters is your interest and enthusiasm, and ability to be a team player. We value the unique talents and perspectives that each individual brings to the table. To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional drafting and communication skills, a commercial outlook, and a dynamic, enthusiastic approach. You should be willing to work in a fast-paced environment alongside others who share your passion for the charities sector. In return, you will be supported to achieve your career aspirations and develop as a lawyer.


To be successful in this role you'll need as a minimum:


  • To be a qualified lawyer with a law degree (2:1 or higher) or equivalent legal qualification
  • Experience in managing client relationships
  • Knowledge of or interest in Charities law
