Our Premises, Client & Office Services (PCOS) team is at the heart of Addleshaw Goddard, ensuring our offices run smoothly and efficiently. Based in Leeds, with occasional travel to other AG offices, this is your opportunity to join a collaborative and people-focused team that supports the entire firm.



What You'll Do:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across the PCOS function, ensuring smooth operations.

• Maintain and manage key information on premises, including headcount, rent, and service charges.

• Organise and manage reporting processes, distributing key data to stakeholders.

• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and hospitality for internal and external engagements.

• Attend and minute meetings, circulating actions to relevant stakeholders.

• Administer the procurement process, including supplier payments, expenditure records, and raising purchase orders.

• Support the Health & Safety Manager and assist with travel administration, insurance renewals, and business rates.



Who We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a corporate setting.

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels.

• A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
