Pharmacy Manager (Non-Pharmacist) - Kippax, Leeds

DNA Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of an established independent community pharmacy based in Kippax, Leeds. We are looking for an experienced and qualified Pharmacy Dispenser or Technician to step into a Non-Pharmacist Pharmacy Manager role within a small, friendly, and patient-focused team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, service-driven individual to take on a key leadership role in a small, community-focused health centre pharmacy. You’ll play a central part in ensuring high standards of care, efficient operations, and the continued development of the team, help with driving services and management.

What We’re Looking For:

Must have supervisory/management experience

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent accredited qualification)

A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a community pharmacy setting

Strong leadership and team management skills and experience

Excellent organisational and communication abilities

Confidence in service delivery and driving patient-centred care

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient and customer service

Balance day-to-day dispensary duties with staff and systems management

Manage stock efficiently, ensuring timely ordering, safe storage, and minimising waste

Maintain accurate dispensing and patient records

Uphold all relevant SOPs, policies, and compliance standards

Handle cash and banking responsibilities securely and accurately

Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, professional, and welcoming

Encourage the uptake of pharmacy services and contribute to service development

Lead on new initiatives and contribute to the growth of the pharmacy

Working Hours:

Full-time position

Monday to Friday, with some occasional Saturdays

4 days may be considered for the right/strong candidate
