Housing Navigator (Street to Tenancy) Housing Navigators · Northside Exchange, Kirkstall - #1723939

We are seeking passionate, resilient, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Navigator Team. Our Navigators work across Leeds with individuals experiencing homelessness or housing issues, supporting them into accommodation and helping sustain their tenancy.

The role involves working with people facing complex challenges such as homelessness, substance misuse, mental health issues, and a history of offending behavior. We adopt a person-centred approach to build strong relationships and work closely with other services to support individuals in accessing resources, building resilience, gaining confidence, and developing personal and social assets.

This position requires engaging with individuals who may have a high street presence, involving collaboration with our Street Support partnership agencies. We value proactive and creative problem-solvers who understand and care about individual needs, and who are resilient in building relationships despite potential difficulties.

We encourage applications from individuals with lived experience of multiple disadvantages, recognizing the valuable insight this brings to our team, even if they lack formal work experience.
