An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Manning Stainton as a Full Time Interbranch Valuer working across Leeds within our busy Branches.

Manning Stainton have successfully been helping people move for over 20 years. Operating from 19 prominent sales and lettings branches, Fine & Country, together with 5 specialist departments ready to ensure that a move goes as smoothly as possible.

We are seeking an experienced Property Valuer to join our team working across Leeds within our busy branches. Previous experience of property valuations is essential as you will need to be able to hit the ground running.

The main focus of the Valuer role will be generating instructions by carrying out as many market appraisals as possible as well as following up of appointments to win business and to cross sell our additional services, such as conveyancing, mortgage services etc.

There are plenty of opportunities to earn uncapped commission in this role.

You must have your own vehicle available for use and this must be insured for business use.

You must have a good knowledge of the Leeds area alongside relevant valuation experience.

You Will Need

  • A passion for property & people
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant Valuer experience.
  • A warm friendly personality and a willingness to learn new skills
  • An enthusiastic & high energy approach to work
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good IT literacy
