  • Hybrid role - Home based with travel to company office 1-2 a month, offices based at Birmingham, London, Bolton, Stoke, Portsmouth, Weybridge

One of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers are looking to develop their Energy Analytics function by recruiting a Data professional, with strong analytics and stakeholder engagement skills to join their central Sustainability Division

This Division provides cutting edge support for major UK clients. ranging from Government to Corporate Banking organisations, helping these customers achieve goals around energy and waste efficiency

The Energy Management service requires and produces great amounts of Data that need to be understood and reported upon accurately and conveniently. Working alongside a Senior Data Manager, you will play a key par tin the collection, organization and dissemination of utilities data to various company and client stakeholders in order to drive improved business decision making around Energy Management

This role best suits a confident Data professional looking to advance their career within Energy

Actions will include:

  • Identify gaps in energy consumption data, as well as key parameters such as occupancy and on-site energy generation, EV Charging data etc
  • Downloading Heating & Cooling Degree Day data and updating the master spreadsheets.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders in order to support the M&V Manager with the production of savings reporting for the Energy Optimisation Projects.
  • Aid in the development of new reporting tools to aid the M&V Manager and Energy Optimisation team.
  • Query management & resolution
  • Flag potential issues where a site is consistently showing energy consumption above the regression modelling to the M&V Manager for further investigation.
  • A willingness to undertake industry accredited training.
  • Ad-hoc duties to support the wider team.

We need from you:

Clear Data Analytics experience, good stakeholder engagement skills, and any abilities within Energy/Utilities being advantageous
