- Coordinating and facilitating engaging virtual and in-person assessment centres and events
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with education providers, training organisations, and internal stakeholders.
- Overseeing onboarding and induction activities, ensuring every new starter has the support, tools, and confidence to thrive.
- Supporting the delivery of Greencore Qualifications and managing apprenticeship enrolments and compliance.
- Analysing programme data, D&I metrics, and stakeholder feedback to generate insights and inform continuous improvement.
- Representing Greencore at external events, standing up with confidence to inspire future talent.
- Championing our People at the Core culture while helping colleagues develop meaningful careers at Greencore.
- Design and delivery of learning interventions
What we’re looking for
- Experience in early years recruitment or HR generalist roles, ideally with in depth knowledge of apprenticeships and associated funding and compliance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and confidence communicating with senior leaders, education partners, and candidates alike.
- A confident presenter, facilitator, and campaign planner who is comfortable leading sessions online and in person.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, events and deadlines.
- A high level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Experience using analytical tools such as Power BI would also be an advantage.
- Confident in analysing data to identify trends, evaluate programme performance, and support decision making.
- Creative thinker who can design engaging, inclusive attraction campaigns using a range of platforms including social media.
We’re not all the same at Greencore, and our differences help us make every day taste better for all our stakeholders. We truly put our people at the core and are proud of our diversity.
