We are recruiting exceptional opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the international finance function of a world-leading law firm in Leeds. As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking a commercial Finance Business Partner to support global operational leads and drive performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance business partner to operations leadership, providing insight and challenge to support decision-making
• Lead on the preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly results, forecasts, and budgets across global support functions
• Oversee the month-end close process, delivering accurate financial commentary and insights
• Develop and maintain high-quality reporting packs for senior stakeholders
• Drive the annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes, including preparation of board-level presentations
• Proactively identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting through automation
• Manage and mentor a Commercial Finance Analyst, fostering professional growth and team development
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and deliver detailed financial analysis to support strategic initiatives

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the below qualifications/experience:

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong commercial finance and management reporting experience
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and present complex financial information with clarity
• Previous experience in a partnership or international environment is highly desirable
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and business partnering skills
• Detail-oriented and hands-on, with a continuous improvement mindset
