The Role:

As Café Manager, you’ll be the face of the business, managing a busy day-to-day service with a hands-on approach. You’ll lead a passionate team, keep things running smoothly, and maintain our high standards during our busiest periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily running of the café, including breakfast and lunch service

• Lead, train, and motivate staff

• Manage staff rotas and ensure efficient shift coverage

• Maintain excellent food, hygiene, and safety standards

• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any issues quickly

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships

• Be part of the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
