We're expanding and looking for a strategic, energetic, detail-obsessed Event Planner to join our powerhouse team. If you're ready to own events from blueprint to breakout session — and love the adrenaline of live logistics — let’s talk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan large-scale B2B and B2C conferences, exhibitions, and expos
  • Develop event timelines, floorplans, agendas, and registration flows like a pro
  • Source and manage vendors, venues, contractors, speakers, and exhibitors
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and sales to ensure end-to-end success
  • Troubleshoot on-site with a cool head and a problem-solving mindset
  • Monitor budgets, evaluate post-event ROI, and constantly level-up event quality


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in conference, exhibition, or trade show planning (agency or in-house)
  • Proven experience managing multi-day, multi-track events with hundreds or thousands of attendees
  • Confident communicator and master of logistics
  • You thrive under pressure and live for deadlines and deliverables
  • Strong tech fluency (event management platforms, CRM, project tools)
  • Detail-driven, customer-obsessed, and always thinking two steps ahead


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working with Salesforce / Delphi
  • Familiarity with CAD software or floor planning tools
  • Creative input on agenda design, attendee engagement, or sponsor activations
