About the RoleWe're currently seeking an IT Technical Bid Support Assistant to join a high-performing global team based in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in IT, computer science, legal, or documentation review, who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced, international business environment.

The successful candidate will support the coordination and completion of client-facing documentation related to IT and information security, playing a vital role in helping the organisation respond effectively to client requests including RFPs, RFIs, questionnaires, and security assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing client bid documents to ensure accurate and complete responses to IT and information security requirements.
  • Compiling and maintaining a library of standard responses for technical and security-related queries.
  • Identifying and flagging risks, exceptions, or gaps in documentation using approved processes.
  • Coordinating with internal IT and InfoSec teams to gather up-to-date technical content.
  • Supporting the bid lifecycle from document review to submission, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Ad hoc support across IT documentation and compliance tasks as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels and explain technical topics clearly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to document review.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Analytical mindset - able to interpret and respond to complex client requirements.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused attitude.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to reviewing and responding to documents such as contracts, RFIs, policies, and technical questionnaires.
  • Familiarity with information security standards and IT terminology (formal qualifications not essential but helpful).
  • Experience working in a support role within IT, legal, compliance, or bid teams.
