Production Team Leader - Manufacture & AssemblyWe're delighted to be supporting a prominent West Yorkshire manufacturing company in their search for a Team Leader, as they embark on a journey to modernise and mature their manufacturing capabilities. The company perform manufacturing and assembly/build over a couple of sites.What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the Production Managers to drive pace, intensity and quality in the manufacturing process
• People & HR management of a small to medium workforce of skilled operators
• Identify opportunities to drive Lean, efficiency and quality improvements in the manufacturing process
• Implement, manage and seek to improve operational KPIs

The experience we want to see:

• Proven examples of professional people management of a workforce in a manufacturing / production / assembly build process
• Evidence and examples of driving Lean and efficiency improvements in a manufacturing setting
• Either introducing or improving operational KPIs and the actions taken
• Qualifications within leadership and Lean is a benefit
