This role is available to current employees at the University of Leeds only.


This role will be based on the University campus. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements. 


You will join a team dedicated to delivering a range of global opportunities. You will support the range of opportunities we have with a focus on incoming students. This role will be essential in achieving the aims laid out in the University's international strategy including the expansion of our portfolio of incoming short term mobility and the diversification of opportunities. 


This will include the operational management of the incoming study abroad programme and Leeds International Summer School (LISS). You will have a creative/innovative approach to supporting complex and detailed processes that enable hundreds of students to achieve the opportunity to study overseas. With a track record of exceptional administrative skills you should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, suppliers and partner universities.
