Senior Remortgage Case Worker - #1728650

As a Senior Remortgage Case Worker you will be responsible for running a high volume caseload of complex transactions you will be ensuring the highest level of customer experience is provided and an efficient process from start to finish.

You will be working closely with the client, borrower and other third parties chasing up documents and details required for the file and answering a range of queries throughout.

If you have experience of working within the remortgage sector ideally looking after technical transactions we would love to hear from you!

Previous remortgage or conveyancing experience

Passionate about client care and providing the highest level of service

Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

The ability to look after a high volume caseload and ensure service level agreements are met

Good attention to detail and organisation
