Sales Development Representative - #1729234

We are delighted to be supporting a business finance solutions specialist in Leeds to find a new Sales Development Representative.

In this role you will play a key part in new business development within a B2B sales environment. Experience in the financial sector would be an advantage but not essential.

Key duties for this role include, but not limited to;

• Actively developing new relationships with clients from a variety of industries through prospecting, qualifying leads and developing an initial understanding of clients requirements.?
• Supporting outbound sales and marketing activities and campaigns to set up business calls and meetings on behalf of the Senior Brokers
• Identifying new prospects through research and online networking
  
  

What you'll need to succeed;

• Experience in telesales/contact centre/new business development
• Previously worked in the commercial finance sector or B2B outbound/proactive sales environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good team player, able to support colleagues at all levels
• Keen to learn and confident in own ability
  
  

What you'll get in return

• A competitive salary of£24,000-£25,000, with scope to increase as you move into Account Manager/Senior Broker roles, with realistic £15k-£20k comms in the first year (this is uncapped though so can definitely earn more!)
