Our client, a reputable and growing law firm are seeking a permanent Legal Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in legal administration who is looking to grow their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Providing administrative and legal support to solicitors and paralegals

  • Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence for the Litigation team

  • Managing files, document preparation, and court filings

  • Liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals

  • Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and managing deadlines

  • Assisting with billing and time entry


Requirements:



  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a law firm (Litigation, desirable)

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Experience working in fast paced and high-volume environments

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
