Job Profile

We are looking to recruit a Part Sales Co-ordinator in our growing aftersales department.

This is an office-based role with opportunities to travel to motorsport events to work on our dedicated parts truck. Previous work in this type of role would be beneficial.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Process day to day sales enquiries received by phone, e-mail & website
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance during the parts ordering process
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent parts sales service
• Making sure that you have a high accuracy of stock management & can raise any issues encountered in a timely manner

The Successful candidate will have:

• A strong work ethic
• The ability to work independently and proactively
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
• The ability to perform under pressure
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel & Word)
• Experience using Sage 200 (beneficial but not essential)
• In possession of a driving licence (beneficial but not essential)
• Excellent communication skills
