Experienced Telehandler Driver Needed - Ongoing Contract in Leeds

Are you a skilled and certified telehandler driver looking for a stable, long-term opportunity? We're actively seeking a dedicated professional to join our team on a large, high-profile commercial project in the Leeds area. This is an excellent chance to secure consistent work with a leading contractor on a significant development.

As a telehandler driver, you'll be an indispensable part of our site operations, responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials across a dynamic commercial construction site. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Operating the telehandler safely and precisely to lift, move, and place a wide range of construction materials and equipment.
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of supplies to various trades and work areas, directly supporting the project's progress.
• Managing incoming deliveries, including the safe loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Performing essential daily machine checks and basic maintenance to ensure optimal and safe operation.
• Strictly adhering to all site health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintaining clear and effective communication with site management, banksmen, and fellow operatives.

We need someone who is:

• Proven and highly experienced as a telehandler driver, with a strong background in large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Holds a valid CPCS ticket.
• Possesses exceptional operating skills and a keen awareness of busy site environments.
• Reliable, punctual, and demonstrates a proactive and safety-conscious work ethic.
• Committed to maintaining the highest safety standards on site.
• A strong communicator who can work seamlessly as part of a large project team.
• Full clean driving licence.
