Reporting to the Manager, Outbound Centre of Excellence, the Outbound Data & Campaign Specialist focuses on sourcing, cleaning, and enriching prospect data for the assigned markets. They segment and validate contacts, coordinate direct-mail fulfilment, and deliver timely insights to the BDR teams, ensuring high-impact outbound campaigns.
Location: Leeds, LS15 / Hybrid
What You’ll Do
- Data Sourcing & Cleansing: Provide administrative support to manage prospect databases and outbound initiatives.
- Enrichment & Segmentation: Enrich raw data with relevant firmographic and demographic details; segment lists to align with campaign goals and qualification standards.
- Prospect Validation: Validate high-value prospects using both automated tools and manual checks to ensure the sales team receives reliable leads.
- Direct-Mail Coordination: Liaise with creative teams, vendors, and logistics partners to facilitate the distribution of direct-mail campaigns in the US and ANZ markets.
- Campaign Tracking: Measure and report on key campaign metrics, such as response rates and conversions, providing actionable feedback to refine strategies.
- Regional Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for BDRs in the given region, communicating campaign timelines, providing updated data, and sharing best practices.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on relevant market trends and regional business practices to tailor data sourcing and segmentation strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable data privacy requirements in all data sourcing and outbound activities.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or data management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data enrichment platforms, and basic analytical software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
