We’re looking to hire a Crewing Coordinator to join our Crewing Team.

Reporting to the Crewing Supervisor, the Crewing Coordinator is responsible for the effective resource management of crew across Jet2.com’s flying programme. The Crewing department is fast paced and challenging where no two days are the same. You will be based at our Leeds Bradford Airport Operations Control centre, the heart of our busy flying operation.

You will be helped along your journey by our focussed induction, training and development programme to allow you to be successful as possible, with guidance from our already experienced Crew Control team on hand.

This role will work across a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off - 12 hour)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing our Pilot and Cabin Crew rosters ensuring crew are in place to deliver our flying programme, maintaining our award winning On Time Performance and exceptional customer service.
• Play an essential role within the crewing department.
• Whilst on shift you will be reporting to the Crewing Controller and Crewing Supervisor and will be part of a highly motivated team working in a high pressured and ever changing environment.
  
  
  

What You’ll Have

• This is a technical based role, and experience within Crew Control or Aviation is preferred, yet not essential, as full and comprehensive training will be provided.
• Organised and methodical attitude with great communication skills and a ‘one team’ attitude.
