We’re looking to hire a Crew Support Desk Assistant to join our Crewing Team.
Reporting to the Crewing Supervisor, the Crew Support Desk Assistant is responsible for supporting the Crewing Teams and play a part in the effective resource management of all Crew across the Jet2.com flying programme.
The Crewing Team is a fast paced and challenging environment where no two days are the same. It is a problem solving Team at the heart of the busy day to day operation that constantly monitors over 3000 Crew members’ rosters across our 13 UK bases as well as overseas operations.
This role will work across a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off - 12 hour)
What You’ll Be Doing

- This is a Fixed Term Contract of 15 months -

What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for ensuring all Crew calls and queries are managed and dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
- Offering administrative support and maintaining departmental documentation.
- Required to quickly, calmly and effectively communicate with Crew and other operational Teams within the business, often in pressurised situations.
- An interest in starting a career within the aviation industry and thrive in a fast paced and demanding customer service environment.
- You must be able to remain calm and demonstrate the ability to manage your own workload in a demanding environment.
