This is an excellent opportunity to join our thriving team, you will be working closely with the Senior Project Planner, whilst dealing with high profile clients. The successful Project Planner, will support the creation and management of multiple programme and project plans.

You will work be based from our modern Leeds office up to 3 days a week, working from home the rest of the time.

What you'll be doing:

Security Clearance Level: DBS

Salary: Up to £40,000 depending upon experience and development needs

What you'll be doing:
- Understanding project requirements and maintaining project programmes.
- Creating and maintenance of project plans.
- Monitoring the critical path and dependencies.
- Maintaining live project programmes and collecting periodic progress updates, through collaborating with cross-function teams and clients.
- Preparing reports (weekly & monthly) ensuring plan reports are accurate, validated to deadlines.
- Attending and supporting planning meetings and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Effectively communicating project risks and opportunities to the team.
- Supporting the internal planning processes and ensuring consistency.
- Identifying project deviations and producing slippage reports.
- Proven project planning experience, ideally large scale, or within the IT sector.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in presenting to partners.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Ability to design and develop and deploy policies frameworks and delivery structure.
- Experience writing enterprise level framework.
- Previous project planning/scheduling experience.
- Experience of Microsoft Project or similar planning tool.
- RAID experience.
