Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the effective delivery of digital campaigns across multiple platforms. This role plays a key part in content publishing and digital platform administration while maintaining stakeholder communication and supporting broader marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritise and schedule digital marketing content requests to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external content support agencies to manage project timelines
• Publish website content and updates, create social media assets via Canva, and schedule posts through HubSpot
• Build and distribute email newsletters using Vuture (email marketing platform)
• Maintain website content, including updating campaign/event pages and flagging outdated content
• Escalate complex issues to senior members of the digital marketing team

Candidate Profile

• Organised and professional communicator, able to engage calmly and effectively with stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Keen interest in digital marketing with a solid understanding of social media platforms
• Quick to learn and adapt to digital tools and systems
• Experience with content management systems, email marketing platforms, or social media scheduling tools is desirable but not essential (training provided)
