This is a high-impact, high visibility role, working with the Director of Performance & Transformation across the UK portfolio of brands, including BetMGM and LeoVegas. You will own cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, compliance, customer engagement, operations and AI to drive revenue growth and optimisation.
You will join a new high-performing team that operates at pace to enable the business to deliver on its ambitious growth targets.
We’re looking for current / former strategy consultants with strong analytical and influencing capabilities and a desire to move at pace and make an impact in a dynamic commercial setting.

About The Role

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Strategic initiatives: Own and support high-visibility, growth strategy projects (e.g., promotions, payments & pricing strategies, product expansion, loyalty schemes) by conducting strategic analysis, financial modeling and synthesizing conclusions to be presented to internal leaders.
- Stakeholder management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across all functional areas, providing insights and recommendations to support key business decisions.
- Executive communication: Develop strategic presentations and communicate recommendations to senior leadership in a concise and meaningful way.
- Strategic planning & execution: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning across the UK portfolio.
- Market & competitive analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Business performance optimisation: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations, compliance, finance, etc…) to identify and implement initiatives.
- Data-driven insights: Analyse data to derive business insights in order to guide strategic decision-making.
- Thought leadership: Contribute industry knowledge, thought leadership and a growth perspective to the organisation.
- MBA or advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in a top-tier consulting firm, corporate strategy, commercial operations, or equivalent high-impact role.
- Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, PowerPoint, with knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Proven experience managing strategic, cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
- Knowledge and ability to apply business frameworks (e.g. value chain, competitive forces, core competency analysis).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial modelling, forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills—able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly curious, self-starter with high ownership and the ability to drive initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Strong interest in the betting, games, media, technology, and entertainment industries.
