Vet Surgeon Vacancy - Night Vet 7 on/14 off - LEEDS ( TO £85K FTE) - #1739273

We have an excellent opportunity for a Night Vet to join the OOH/ ECC team at a small animal veterinary hospital in sought after City of Leeds area, West Yorkshire

Role

• permanent opportunity working nights on popular 7 on then 14 off rota.
• practice is purpose built to industry leading standards with state of the art equipment and facilities and up to the minute technologies.
• interesting and varied ECC caseload and the team regularly perform caesareans, pyometra, exploratory laparotomy with enterotomy and enterectomy and see many Addisonian, Ketoacidotic diabetic cases and sever pancreatitis cases etc.
• ideally you will already have strong ECC experience and confident in working sole charge alongside an experienced OOH nursing team
• freedom to locum elsewhere on your days off if desired.
• CPD funding and certificates supported
• paid RCVS, BVA, VDS memberships
• join a large multi-disciplinary team of 70 colleagues including Surgical, Medicine, Dentistry Certificate holders
• well located in sought after City of Leeds with excellent transport links for easy commuting
  
  

Person Requirements

• Graduate in Veterinary Medicine
• Registered with the RCVS
• strong ECC experience and confident in working sole charge
