Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Northern Ireland or Yorkshire (Hybrid with UK/Ireland site travel)
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

The Role of Quantity Surveyor

They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 2-5 years' experience working with experience of working for a contractor or subcontractor. You'll support project delivery across a diverse range of sectors, including retail, office, industrial and public sector redevelopments (projects up to £10m).

Key Responsibilities

• Cost planning, forecasting and financial reporting
• Subcontractor procurement and contract administration
• Change control management
• Liaising with clients, consultants and supply chain
• Supporting delivery teams across multiple sites

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Experience in fit-out or refurbishment preferred
• Excellent commercial acumen, attention to detail, and communication skills
