Overview
Our client is looking to expand their Cashiers Team and is seeking an experienced Legal Cashier to support client transactions across UK and international offices. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking to grow their careers in a fast-paced, collaborative, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process electronic payments including TT/CHAPS, BACS, and Faster Payments
- Manage client and office account transactions, including foreign currency and expert supplier payments
- Handle multi-currency transactions for international operations
- Provide interest calculations and administer client money deposits
- Conduct divisional client balance reviews and resolve related queries
- Ensure compliance with SRA Accounts Rules and other international regulatory standards
- Participate in system and process improvement projects, including software testing
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Legal Cashier
- In-depth understanding of SRA Accounts Rules and VAT regulations
- Confident stakeholder management and ability to perform under pressure
- Strong organisational and IT skills; effective team player
- Desirable: knowledge of 3E systems and/or fluency in French, Arabic, or German
