Location: Leeds - 2-3 days a week onsite Type: Permanent | Full-Time Function: Transformation & Planning Salary: £50K-£60K + excellent benefits
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for planning excellence? We're looking for a Portfolio Planner to help shape and optimise enterprise-level planning within a newly formed Transformation Management Office (TMO).
In this role, you'll work across departments to deliver planning, reporting and forecasting activities that drive performance and deliver measurable business value. You'll play a key role in managing planning tools, collaborating with stakeholders, and improving processes to enhance portfolio delivery.
This position is ideal for someone who's data-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment with a strong sense of purpose and inclusivity.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain enterprise-wide portfolio plans and reporting frameworks
Support the transition to centralised planning tools and methods
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and actionable plans
Provide regular reporting and insights on performance vs forecast
Drive continuous improvement and process standardisation
Proven experience in planning, resource management or PMO functions
Familiarity with planning systems and portfolio/project management tools
Excellent communication, analytical and influencing skills
Confidence working across multiple business units and with senior stakeholders
