About the Role

Our client is a leading national provider of building compliance solutions, is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join their growing operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering ventilation hygiene services across the UK, with a specific focus on Kitchen Extract Cleaning, General Ventilation Cleaning, and Fire Damper Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Kitchen Extract and General Ventilation Cleaning in line with TR19 standards
• Perform Fire Damper Testing in accordance with VH001 and other industry regulations
• Supervise on-site operatives and ensure safe and effective service delivery
• Accurately complete job documentation and client reports
• Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
• Maintain all equipment to high operational standards
• Ensure all work complies with internal and external safety and compliance guidelines

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential:

• BESA or NAAD Certification: GHT / AHT / GHO / AHO
• VH001 Fire Damper Testing Certification
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel and work away from home as required

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a mobile HVAC or compliance role
• Basic understanding of TR19 and fire safety regulations
