Our Client Communications business continues to grow and we are now looking for a Communications Data Associate to join our vibrant Leeds office with hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in a similar role where they have gained knowledge and experience in data analysis, data visualisation and dashboard creation.

We are looking for a Communications Data Associate to join our Client Communications team to manage our data processes, support on data merging into communications and perform data checks. You’ll also look for opportunities to measure member interaction with our communications, and work with the wider team to produce and analyse statistics for reporting back to clients and making recommendations about increasing member engagement. This fast-paced role suits someone highly organised, with good attention to detail, and a desire to use their skills to contribute to a

collaborative and growing communications team

The Role

As a Communications Data Associate With XPS You Will

  • Create data specifications for communications
  • Review data received from other teams
  • Preserve data integrity
  • Merge data into communications
  • Produce and analyse statistics
  • Review print proofs against data
  • Identify opportunities for measuring member interaction with communications
  • Create and maintain data control processes
  • Request data from external teams or obtaining it directly
  • Basic data manipulation

Your profile

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience in data analysis, data visualisation and dashboard creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Practical experience and proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Console
  • Familiarity with Word merges
  • Familiarity with pension scheme data

  • Pensions understanding
  • Familiarity with InDesign merges
