This exciting new role within our Creative Services team will have you designing, building and sending inspiring and engaging emails in no time! Using your blend of creative and technical skills you’ll help conceptualise and develop emails that are both relevant, on-brand and engaging, and help us to develop new and exciting personalised and dynamic emails.

You’ll come into the role with some prior experience of building emails, including: a basic knowledge of HTML, some Adobe Creative Cloud skills, and above all else - a desire to learn, develop and hone your skills! In turn you’ll enjoy working as part of a large multi-disciplined team, and will be helping us deliver an exciting communication strategy to our for our huge customer base - contributing creative ideas at all stages of the process, and using a combination of drag and drop UIs, and basic coding to craft emails that adopt industry leading techniques and best practice guidelines.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate every day with designers and copywriters to design brilliant emails.
• Construct emails using a combination of Adobe Creative Cloud, drag and drop tools, and basic HTML.
• Support the wider team to deliver all weekly email sends, ensuring the right message is delivered to the right audience every time.
• Follow industry best practice guidelines and keep on top of the latest trends to ensure our templates and designs are impactful and maximised for different platforms.
• Test and check all designs are to a high standard, on brand and consistent.
• Form part of a fun team producing industry-leading creative templates, and automated CRM programmes with opportunities for personal development!
  
  
  

What You’ll Have

• An understanding of email design, development and email marketing.
• Digital design experience and a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• A creative mindset and interest in digital marketing and campaigns.
• A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred but not essential (Photoshop, In Design and Dreamweaver).
• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to problem solve.
• Good time-management skills.
• Experience with Movable Ink, Adobe Journey Optimiser and Dotdigital would be helpful but can be taught in the role.
