You Will Be Responsible For
Core Planning Duties
- Ensure data integrity excellence for optimal stocking types and system settings.
- Manage the order book and take necessary actions.
- Oversee Sawbones local supply chain management.
- Handle custom products order book management.
- Backorder tool management.
- Report and analyze service metrics.
- Escalate backorder queries and manage complex issues efficiently.
- Work with regional teams on master data settings and related STEM topics.
- Implement returns plans in collaboration with vendors and warehouse teams.
- Analyze and update safety stock strategies along with Power BI outputs.
- Support the QA Inventory process.
- Execute mitigation plans during constrained supply phases with cross-department stakeholders.
- Assist the PEI business with backorder management and daily operational challenges.
- Generate data insights for external customer engagements.
- Support the product manager and internal reviews as needed.
- Serve as a vital partner to address knowledge gaps and drive process improvements within SAP.
- Assist in onboarding new team members to SAP.
- Raise and support incident tickets and facilitate training on system enhancements.
- Oversee the daily activities of service analysts and manage the service inbox.
- Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or a related commercial field.
- A proven experience in planning, sourcing, or supply chain/S&OP management.
- Proficient in relevant technology and tools, including advanced analytics for digital transformation.
- A Can Do - Growth Mindset with a commitment to a Continuous Improvement Culture.
- Excellent understanding of customer and commercial dynamics.
- Adaptable, with a willingness to take risks to innovate.
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive stakeholder management with effective communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and idea generation.
- Strong decision-making and direction-giving capabilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Interest or background in end-to-end supply chain management.
- Ability to solve complex business problems and present actionable recommendations.
- Experienced in shaping and driving projects to completion with strategic collaboration.
- Knowledge of the Medical Devices industry is a plus.
