Reward Analyst
We’re looking for a Reward Analyst to join our Reward Team at Flutter UK & Ireland
The Reward Analyst plays a key role in supporting all aspects of the UK&I Reward team function through the creation, analysis and management of reward and MI data.
In particular, they support in the delivery of the annual pay and bonus review processes as well as supporting divisional pay and benefits analysis. In addition, the role will assist with the grading, levelling and benchmarking of roles across UK&I.
They also provide the first line support/resolution of day-to-day reward and administration related queries.

What You’ll Do
- Supports the annual salary and bonus review processes, performing tasks under guidance, including reviewing pay position data and market data analysis and other reward analysis and reporting as required.
- Use analytical skills to provide data driven insights that help shape reward decision making, such as developing and maintaining compensation models and reports to inform business decisions.
- Ensure reward data is maintained and validated ahead of bonus and salary review processes.
- Provide data driven recommendations on pay principles, bonus plans and other incentive programs.
- Assists the team in levelling and benchmarking – ensuring that sufficient information has been submitted with the request, requesting missing information, adding to trackers, and undertaking a first level review, before sharing with the appropriate team member for a second level review. Arranges meetings and prepares organisation charts, role matrices and other materials as needed to support levelling and benchmarking.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel. Strong written & verbal communication skills. Ability to work at pace, prioritise workload and work fluidly in a fast-moving environment. Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong data management and analytical skills. Previous experience of providing data management and analytics support within an HR function would be beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to create data models, templates and reports using excel and other modelling techniques to provide easy to understand information data insights for variety of audiences such People Partners and management.
- Experience of explaining policy and process to employees and other internal stakeholders including via written and verbal communications as well as through the creation of workflow documentation, charts, infographics etc as relevant.
