What You'll Do:
- Conduct thorough inspections of manufactured products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- utilise your knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality principles to maintain and improve quality processes.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues proactively.
- analyse data and report on quality performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff, utilising your managerial skills.
Who We're Looking For:
- A qualified engineer or a professional with 3-5 years of experience as a quality inspector in the manufacturing industry.
- A strong understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management principles.
- A proactive and analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- A STEM degree or relevant background that equips you with the technical expertise needed for this role.
