Civils Site Agent - Leeds We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee a range of projects across Yorkshire, the Midlands, and North East England. This is a key position responsible for managing on-site operations and ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations, legislation, and company policies. Key Responsibilities - Manage contracts in alignment with NEC3/NEC4 standards and Bills of Quantities (BoQ). - Prepare and manage pre-start documentation including RAMS, contracts, and work programs. - Collaborate with senior leadership to plan and allocate resources efficiently. - Ensure compliance with contract requirements and supervise site operatives and subcontractors. - Oversee daily site operations, including safety briefings, toolbox talks, and general site paperwork. - Manage weekly reporting and ensure that all permits are in place. - Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials. - Maintain quality assurance documentation and assist in the preparation of as-built drawings. - Develop and maintain two-week lookahead programs and daily site diaries.
