Make a Real Difference in Mental Health Nursing Are you a compassionate and dedicated RMN or RNLD looking for a rewarding role in a specialist mental health setting? We’re hiring on behalf of a leading independent healthcare provider in Leeds, offering high-dependency rehabilitation services for adult males with complex mental health needs.
This is an exciting time to join the team as the service expands with two new bespoke therapeutic units. You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive nursing team committed to delivering person-centred care and promoting recovery.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Assess, plan, and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt care accordingly.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and uphold professional standards.
• Act as a mentor and support newly qualified staff through preceptorship.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD).
• NMC registration and a passion for mental health recovery.
• Strong communication, clinical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a team environment.
