About the Role
This role will be based across Asda House and our Rochdale office.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as a Client Administrator. As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting the relationships with our partner clients, complete regular service performance reviews for the toyou parcel services and be part of a team focusing on growing volumes.
You will analyse our client volumes, performance and adherence to SLAs as well as constantly reviewing how to improve service to our customers. You will support our Activity and Planning processes, along with our forecasting and invoicing processes. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in some exciting new parcel development projects to further improve our customer’s experience.
You will be part of a small team that works cross functionally with numerous stakeholders, from Internal and 3rd party clients, George.com, Service teams, Commercial and Operational teams. This role will be data lead, provides opportunities to develop your analytical skills and stakeholder management, as well as giving lots of exposure across the business and with our key suppliers.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Activity planning and forecasting - liaising with clients and asda teams on up-coming activity
End of month volume and revenue reconciliation with the commercial teams, including paying invoices accurately and processing claims timely
Supporting the Service & Operational teams to be reactive to the needs of the Internal business owners or Internal 3rd party clients
Build on existing relationships to drive future parcel growth
Regularly review client profitability and support to make data lead decisions
Monitor service levels delivered to clients and engage with service and operational teams to improve
Assist with any new development projects
