As a Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD), you will:
Provide high-quality care to patients with complex mental health issues
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care
Organise and prioritise your workload efficiently
Build rapport and establish trust with patients
Participate in ongoing learning and career development opportunities
Support patients in developing coping strategies and resilience
